    Shipping

    What countries do you ship to?

    Read our International Shipping page for more information about which countries we ship to. It is your responsibility to stay up to date on the current vaping laws in your country. We are *not responsible* for packages that are confiscated by customs.

      How much do you charge for shipping?

      Shipping is free for all orders in the United States. You'll have the option to pay for upgraded shipping. Shipping for orders outside of the United States have different rates depending on the country.

      When will my order ship?

      Orders will ship in 1-3 business days. It may take slightly longer to fulfill your order during holidays.

      Where is my tracking number?

      You will receive an email with the tracking number for your order as soon as it is shipped within 3 business days. If you don't receive the tracking number, you can email us at support@mintyvapes.com or fill out the form on our contact page.

      OMG MY PACKAGE GOT DELAYED YOU HAVE TO REFUND MY SHIPPING!!!1111

      Once the package leaves our hands it's not our responsibility. I know, it sucks to have a package delayed, but sometimes it's unavoidable. We can't give refunds for packages that are delayed by USPS or UPS.

      Refunds and Exchanges

      What if I receive a defective product?

      If your product doesn't work, send an email to support@mintyvapes.com and we will provide you with an address to mail your defective product to. It will be inspected and if there is a problem you will receive a refund or a new product. Read our Refund and Return Policy here.

      I got an email saying that my refund has been processed, but I still don't see the money in my account! Where is it?

      We won't send you an email until the refund is completely processed on our end. The amount of time it takes for the money to appear in your account depends on your bank, but it's usually within three business days.

      How can I reach customer service?

      Either click the "Contact Us" box at the bottom right corner or send an email to support@mintyvapes.com. We respond to all customer emails within one business day.

      Payments

      What payment methods do you accept?

      We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover cards. We also accept the digital currency Bitcoin

      Do you accept prepaid cards and gift cards?

      Yes we do. You'll have to make sure that you enter the same name and billing address as the one that you registered to the card.

      Where can I get discount codes?

      We regularly send out discount codes to our email list subscribers and social media followers. Enter your email address in the form below or click on one of our social media icons on the bottom of the page to stay up to date with the latest discounts.

      How can I use discount codes?

      Add the item to your cart and proceed to the checkout. There will be a box for you to enter your discount code there.

      Can I apply multiple discount codes to the same order?

      No.

      Are your products authentic?

      Unless otherwise noted, all products on our site are authentic products built by the official manufacturer. We do sell clones, but they will always be labeled as such in the product description.

      Age Verification

      Why do I need to fill out a form or send my ID?

      Current FDA regulations require us to verify that our customers are at least 18 years of age. The form after placing your order accesses a government database, and if it's unable to verify your age we will email you to ask for a picture of your government issued ID. 

      It's inconvenient, but we're forced to do it by the FDA. We encourage all customers to email their representatives and senators to urge them to overturn the regulations.
